In salon Maintenance:
Move ups are every 8-10 weeks. At move up appointments we remove the hair and re-install the row using the same hair. The hair last can last anywhere from 8-12 months depending on proper use of at home care. ​
At home care:
-Sulfate Paraben extension safe products (goldielocks reccomended) avoid any protein based products
-Oiling hair EVERYDAY
-When brushing be sure to brush to the top of the weft to avoid any matting, but not over it. Hold the weft when brushing to avoid any possible tension. Brush daily.
-When sleeping tie back in pony tail, loose bun, braid, or silk bonnet
-Wash about once a week or more if needed
- Use heat protectant
-Blow dry thoroughly and make sure weft line is dry.
What to avoid:
-Any product that has sulfates and parabens or is protein based (ex. olaplex)
-Putting tension on the weft line and styling in directions that pulls on row
-Any sunscreen with avobenzone or Octocrylene
-Swimming pools and salt water (can be super drying)
