Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. I understand that life happens, but as a small business, last-minute changes greatly impact my schedule. All appointments require a card to be kept on file.

Cancellations or appointment changes within 72 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, I may need to adjust your service or reschedule, and a cancellation fee may apply.
